Admiring Gods Creation

I sat admiring Gods creation today, His beautiful creation. Pausing to admire a little brown bird, I said to the Lord, “you even spent time adding an unmatched beauty to this winged little creature.” As I pondered the multitude of colors this precious little fella had, it began to turn and pose so I might admire more and more of it.

With a tilt of its head to the right I saw shades of green and brown; turning its head to the left I saw its beak ever so black and velvety. It spun around as if to say don’t leave until you have admired my wings, the layers of brown tones so vividly layered. Lord I stand in awe of you. Each and everything you created exceeds in beauty, it surpasses all human imagination. Lord Your majestic splendor is seen all around. So much beauty for my eyes to see, so much loveliness for my heart to capture yet even if no one notices it you would have still made it for Yours and my pleasure. Lord thank you that I can share in the beauty of Your heart.
